And then I was happily shaking my gluteus maximus in air making soft snaps.

I tried to make the snap a little more defined by also squeezing the obliques at the same time

ah-oh! something went wrong again

And this time, I belly danced my way in front of the mirror into a major Pelvic girdle pain. Thanks to Dina Jamal !
